The Lynnwood Library will host the Washington State Department of Social Health and Services’ mobile outreach van on the third Thursday of each month. This initiative connects residents with vital resources such as accessibility aids, EBT services, and child care assistance. The mobile office will be open from 10 a. m. to 2 p.

m. at 19200 44th Ave. W. , with upcoming events on August 21, September 18, and October 16. DSHS operates eight mobile offices throughout Washington to serve communities lacking nearby access to their services.

Individuals can learn more and apply for assistance via the Washington Connection website. The outreach aims to alleviate barriers for those seeking food, financial, or medical support. This program reflects a broader effort by the state to enhance service delivery to underserved populations.
