Over the weekend, more than 30,000 people participated in peaceful protests across Los Angeles, underscoring community engagement with pressing social issues. Mayor Bass confirmed that the LAPD would maintain a strong presence in the area to monitor conditions. She remains prepared to reinstate the curfew if necessary to ensure continued safety and stability.
