Joshua Eno was found guilty of murder after shooting Rico Andrews, 21, at point-blank range during a confrontation over a stolen BMW motorbike in Battersea, London, on October 5, 2023. The incident occurred shortly after Eno, 25, and accomplice Tyrone Attwood, 34, committed a robbery at a BMW dealership. Following the shooting, Eno fled on a moped, with witnesses hearing him exclaim "that's karma. " Prosecutors revealed that Eno and Attwood believed Andrews had stolen their motorbike, prompting the deadly confrontation. Eno denied the murder charge, asserting that the gun discharged accidentally during a struggle.

He was arrested shortly after the incident, with a hunting knife found in his possession. Attwood was convicted of robbery and is currently serving a seven-year sentence. Eno's sentencing is scheduled for October 6, 2023.
