Kenmore, Washington, will celebrate its annual Earth Day on April 27, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Rhododendron Park, located at 6910 NE 170th Street. The event aims to engage the community in environmental awareness and stewardship through various activities. Attendees can join guided nature walks at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM or participate in a volunteer work party from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The celebration will feature vendor booths offering activities such as e-bike demonstrations, art projects, compost education, and more. To promote sustainable transportation, a free shuttle service will run from Kenmore Park & Ride, making it easier for residents to attend.

Limited parking will be available at the park, with additional options at Kenmore City Hall and the Kenmore Boat Launch. This event reflects Kenmore's commitment to environmental initiatives while encouraging community participation, fostering unity and shared responsibility for the environment.
