A stabbing took place on Evergreen Way in Everett around 9:00 PM Friday, prompting an immediate police response. The victim reported that the assailant stole his vehicle during the incident. Officers tracked down the stolen vehicle, leading to a pursuit into Lynnwood, where the suspect was apprehended. The victim was hospitalized for his injuries. Major Crime Detectives have taken over the investigation, which remains active.

This event is particularly concerning as it occurred in the same area where a motorcyclist died in an accident just two days prior.
