Baristas at Two Different Bikini Barista Stands in Everett Were Assaulted Can You Identify The Suspect?

Everett, WALocal News

The Everett Police Department is actively investigating two assaults that occurred at drive-thru coffee stands on Evergreen Way, with significant concern for the safety of local baristas. The first incident unfolded on April 6, 2025, at Ladybug Espresso, where a male suspect attempted to assault an employee but was ultimately deterred. Despite the police's swift response, they were unable to locate the suspect, who was described as a thin, light-skinned black or Hispanic male, approximately 6’3’’ tall and between 20-30 years old. Following a similar incident on April 9, 2025, at Steamy Shots Espresso, where the barista reported an attempted assault by a man with a matching description, the urgency of the situation escalated. In response, the police are ramping up patrols along Evergreen Way and distributing flyers with the suspect's image to local coffee stands.

Detectives are conducting further investigations to determine the suspect's motives and ensure community safety. The Everett Police Department is urging anyone who might recognize the suspect to avoid approaching him and to call 911 immediately. Community cooperation is essential in resolving these distressing incidents.
