Dart, who transitioned to a photography career after retiring, has been honored with the Mayor's Arts Award, alongside other noteworthy recipients like the Bunker Arts Collective and the Huong Viet Performing Arts Group. Stonecipher has received the prestigious Wendt Award for her exceptional support of the arts over her decades-long public service.
