The investigation began after a 29-year-old male was arrested for selling methamphetamine and fentanyl, prompting further surveillance that indicated multiple units were involved in drug trafficking. Detectives observed suspicious activity, including individuals openly carrying firearms and frequent short-stay visitors. The operation, supported by Region 1 SWAT and North Sound Metro SWAT, located 21 individuals across three apartment units. Authorities seized 34.

8 grams of methamphetamine, 19. 5 grams of fentanyl powder, and a loaded pistol among other items.
