Detectives Seek Publics Help to Identify Suspects in Halloween Hit and Run in Everett

On Halloween night, Snohomish County deputies responded to a hit-and-run where 47-year-old Chris Bender sustained serious injuries after being struck by a Ford F-150. The incident occurred around 9:50 PM in Everett, WA, as the truck drove through a neighborhood, stealing candy bowls from porches.
