Everett to host U.S. Soccer Mens National Team watch party as they take on Uruguay

The City of Everett will host a free watch party for the U. S. Soccer Men’s National Team's match against Uruguay on November 18, 2025, at The Flying Pig. Doors will open at 3:30 p. m.

, with the match starting at 4 p. m. Attendees are encouraged to bring nonperishable food donations for Volunteers of America Western Washington, earning a complimentary beverage for their generosity. This event highlights Everett's commitment to expanding its sports and entertainment scene as it prepares for the FIFA World Cup 26™. The city is in exclusive negotiations with the United Soccer League to establish professional men’s and women’s soccer teams, which would include a new Outdoor Event Center.

This facility aims to host various events, boosting the local economy and engaging the community. Additionally, the Snohomish County Sports Commission will host a Draw Event on December 5 to reveal match pairings for the World Cup. The watch party and these initiatives position Everett as a vibrant hub for sports and community engagement in the Puget Sound region.
