The mayor also highlighted the city's recent economic achievements, including the revitalization of the Everett Chamber of Commerce and plans to host a Fan Zone for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. These initiatives aim to enhance Everett's identity as a regional destination while creating jobs and stimulating the economy. Franklin called for ongoing community engagement to ensure that budget priorities align with residents' needs. She expressed gratitude to city staff and community members for their collaboration in shaping a stronger future for Everett.
