Annual Schacktoberfest 2025 Edition Begins
Schacktoberfest at the Schack Art Center celebrates autumn through local art, featuring 1,000 glass pumpkins and over 100 artworks by regional artists. The event includes a silent auction, with funds directly supporting educational programming and facility costs. Attendees can reserve spots for “Make It Now” sessions, creating glass pumpkins under the guidance of skilled artists. Pints & Pumpkins offers an evening of harvest-themed art, live music, and a buffet, with ticket holders receiving a souvenir pint glass. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for the best outfits, enhancing the festive spirit.
This 21+ event emphasizes community engagement and showcases local talent. The Schack Art Center aims to foster appreciation for the arts while supporting its educational initiatives. Schacktoberfest not only highlights the beauty of fall but also strengthens ties within the local artistic community.
