Everett Police Arrest Two Subjects for Child Trafficking

Everett, WALocal News

The Everett Police Department arrested Ismael M Alwazzan and Karina Bianca Coble for promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor and trafficking. The investigation began in late July after a report of a 17-year-old female victim being exploited via a dating site. The male suspect contacted the victim through Instagram, proposing they could earn money through sexual encounters. Both suspects reportedly managed a network of 7-9 women, including minors as young as 13, and threatened the victim when she attempted to leave the operation. Alwazzan admitted to targeting financially vulnerable girls without supportive communities.

The suspects face serious charges, including communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. Their arrest involved collaboration with multiple law enforcement agencies in the region. Chief John DeRousse emphasized the importance of holding offenders accountable to protect vulnerable individuals in the community.
