Snohomish County Arts Commission Announces Inaugural Kayak Point Arts Festival

The Snohomish County Arts Commission will host the inaugural Kayak Point Arts Festival on September 13 at Kayak Point Regional Park. This free event features live performances from six bands, including LAKE and Cumulus, spanning genres like indie pop and funk. Scheduled from 9:00 a. m. to 5:30 p.
