Emergency responders quickly extinguished the fire, and the injured were taken to Providence in Everett for treatment. The Washington State Patrol is conducting the investigation, with temporary closures on the northbound I-5 on and off-ramps to 41st Street. Local authorities have not provided an estimate for when the ramps will reopen.
