City of Everett Community Development Grants Public Hearing Announcement

The City of Everett's Community Development Advisory Committee will conduct a public hearing on August 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM to identify community priority needs for the 2026 program year. This hearing will guide the allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds, HOME Program funds, and Affordable Housing Trust Funds, with prior years' funds potentially included based on availability. The meeting will adopt a hybrid format, allowing residents to participate either in person or virtually. Those wishing to provide public comments can do so via email or in person, with a 24-hour notice required for virtual comments. Staff will also present the draft of the 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report during the meeting.

The City of Everett is committed to ensuring equal housing opportunities and compliance with civil rights regulations.
