Residents of Snohomish and Lake Stevens expressed excitement over the possibility of new eateries, particularly after the success of Dick's in Everett.

Local vendors noted the significance of the area’s growth since Dick's arrival. While hopes for a Dick's location faded, rumors persist about a potential Trader Joe’s moving in. Community engagement remains high as locals discuss future developments.
