Beverly Lake Sewer Replacement Project Starting This Month

Everett, WALocal News

Construction of a replacement sewer line near Beverly Lake begins this month and will take about six months to complete. This project follows a 2012 assessment that determined the aging sewer line required replacement. Residents in Shoreside Village and Lakeside Apartments will face daytime disruptions from construction noise and traffic. The contractor will manage traffic entering from the west driveway of the Lakeside property, and flaggers will facilitate access. Parking will be limited during construction, with coordination between the City of Everett and property management to ease inconveniences.

Intermittent single-lane closures on 75th Street will occur as part of the work. The project is locally funded by Everett Public Works and aims to provide a long-term solution to the aging sewer system. Additional details can be found at everettwa. gov/beverlysewer.
