Restaurant Row Expansion at Port of Everett Nearing Completion

Everett, WALocal News

The Port of Everett's "Restaurant Row" expansion is nearing completion, with Building A6 almost finished and A12 on track for a July finish. Project Manager Kellen Anable reports that Building A6 is ready for tenant spaces, awaiting final power connections to complete the trim work. Meanwhile, Building A12 is progressing through drywall stages and aims for completion by the end of July. This project plays a vital role in the Port's long-term revitalization strategy, which seeks to transform the former industrial waterfront into a dynamic mixed-use destination featuring restaurants, retail, and public spaces. Anable notes the challenges of constructing in a high-traffic area, emphasizing the importance of communication with the surrounding community.

The standout feature of the development is a wraparound deck on Building A12, poised to offer stunning water views and attract diners. Community interest in the project remains high, with local residents frequently inquiring about the progress and anticipated opening dates. “People are excited,” Anable stated, indicating that the new restaurants are expected to be major attractions.
