GeekFest West is Back in Everett for the 2025 Edition

GeekFest West returns to Downtown Everett from July 18th to 20th, 2025, aiming to solidify its status as a staple event in the community. Last year's festival attracted over 8,000 participants, showcasing the growing interest in geek culture. Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including a Cosmic Cosplay Contest and the Galactic Timewarp film screenings featuring nine classic movies. The Amazing Awesome Race invites teams to solve clues at downtown locations, while the Mario Kart World Tournament offers competitive gaming for just $5. Tickets range from $5 to $97, accommodating different access levels.

The event emphasizes local engagement and celebrates diverse interests, including board games, cosplay, and indie films. With cash prizes and unique experiences, GeekFest West highlights the vibrant geek community in Everett. This year's lineup promises to deliver fun and excitement for all attendees.
