Hazel Miller Foundation announces new grant cycle structure for 2026
The Hazel Miller Foundation will implement a new grant application process in 2026, moving from four quarterly cycles to three annual cycles focused on specific service areas. The February cycle will cover culture and the arts as well as civic and community services. The April cycle will focus on poverty alleviation and environmental initiatives, while the November cycle will target education and youth services, alongside diversity efforts. This restructuring aims to enhance the foundation’s support for nonprofit organizations serving South Snohomish County communities. Organizations should assess which service area aligns with their mission and submit proposals during the corresponding cycle.
Questions regarding the new structure can be directed to info@hazelmillerfoundation. org. The Hazel Miller Foundation, established by Hazel and Morris Miller, is dedicated to benefiting the citizens of Edmonds and South Snohomish County. The foundation emphasizes education, poverty alleviation, civic services, environmental efforts, culture, and diversity.
