Edmonds, WALocal News

The Edmonds Kiwanis Club will host its end-of-summer fundraiser on September 13 at Gallaghers’ Where U Brew, starting at 5 p. m. Attendees can enjoy appetizers and drinks while contributing to local community projects. Funds raised will provide helmets for elementary school students, distribute dictionaries to third graders in the Edmonds School District, and offer scholarships to graduates of Edmonds-Woodway, Meadowdale, and Scriber Lake High Schools. The event highlights the club's commitment to supporting education and safety in the community.

In previous years, similar fundraisers have successfully aided numerous students. Community involvement is crucial for the success of these initiatives. Residents are encouraged to attend and contribute to the Kiwanis Club’s mission.
