Duvall Utility Billing Portal Offline for System Upgrade

Duvall, WALocal News

The City of Duvall is set to take its online utility billing portal offline on July 31 from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a critical system upgrade to maintain PCI compliance and improve payment security. During this period, residents will be unable to access their online accounts. After the upgrade, those who previously enrolled in automatic credit card payments will need to re-enroll to continue receiving this service, while users who conduct bank transfers will remain unaffected. New users can log in after the upgrade using their account number and PIN, which is located at the top of their utility bill. The city encourages residents to reach out to the utility billing office for any inquiries or concerns.

Contact details are provided for convenience. The city expresses gratitude to its residents for their understanding and patience as improvements are made. This upgrade reflects Duvall's commitment to enhancing service quality and security for its utility customers.
