Boulder startup Ridley aims to revolutionize home sales with AI

Denver, COLocal News

Mike Chambers, a Boulder entrepreneur, launched Ridley, an AI-driven platform aimed at enabling home sales without agents. This initiative comes in response to persistently high real estate commissions, which average between 5% and 6%, despite recent industry changes. Ridley offers a comprehensive toolkit for sellers, including AI-powered pricing guidance, MLS access, and a document center for $999. Chambers, who previously sold his own home without an agent, believes that most sellers can successfully navigate the process independently. He has gained national attention for his efforts, which he documents on social media, and anticipates industry backlash.

Chambers emphasizes that he is not "anti-agent" but rather "anti-system. " Ridley has already listed over $30 million worth of homes and plans to expand its services to other states. Additionally, he intends to develop an agent mode for professionals to utilize the same tools.
