Chicken N Pickle opens first Colorado location

Denver, COLocal News

Chicken N Pickle launched its first Colorado location in Thornton, boasting eight pickleball courts in a 45,000-square-foot venue. The complex features six indoor courts and two covered outdoor courts, along with games like cornhole and life-sized Battleship. The eatery promotes a family-friendly atmosphere with a chef-driven menu that emphasizes fresh, ethically sourced ingredients, highlighted by its wood-fired rotisserie chicken. Guests can also enjoy appetizers like chicken tinga tostadas and smoked chicken wings, which are available dry or with buffalo sauce. The spicy blackberry margarita offers a sweet-and-spicy cocktail option for patrons at one of the three bars.

The restaurant secured $10 million in funding from Kansas City Chiefs players Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, making it a notable addition to the local dining scene. Kelce has even mentioned the restaurant as a favored date spot with pop star Taylor Swift. Happy hour specials are available from 3 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
