Juvenile dies after shooting in Clarksville; Search for multiple suspects underway

A juvenile died from injuries sustained in a shooting at the Clarksville Speedway and Fairgrounds on Saturday night. The Clarksville Police Department reported that off-duty officers heard gunshots around 9:10 p. m. Officers found a 15-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest, who later died at a local hospital. Witnesses reported seeing five to six men running from the scene toward Hazelwood Road.

Police believe the shooting was an isolated incident and are actively investigating. They are asking anyone with video surveillance cameras in the area to review their footage and report any suspicious activity. This incident highlights ongoing concerns about youth violence in the community.
