In his farewell remarks, Tirado thanked Mayor Johnson and the staff at OEMC for their collaboration, particularly highlighting the vital role of 911 and 311 operators. Francisco Velez, a seasoned professional in emergency management, will serve as Interim Executive Director to maintain continuity in OEMC’s operations.
