Big Bird Sushi, Little Lark Pizza Among Latest Northwest Side Restaurant Openings

Big Bird Sushi opened at 3581 W. Belden Ave. in Logan Square, taking over the space of the former Wyler Road restaurant. Owners Sivadol Ketmanee and Puvadon “PJ” Jianpadid aim to offer a wider variety of sushi and Thai cuisine, along with a bar and patio space. The restaurant currently operates as BYOB until it receives its liquor license in three months.

Concurrently, health food chain Fare has launched its fourth location at 2255 N. Milwaukee Ave. , expanding its reach in the Chicago area. Fare specializes in seasonal dishes, including plate and bowl options, and is open daily from 10:30 a. m.

to 9 p. m. Additionally, Bird Bird Bakery and Teques Bites have recently opened in the area, contributing to the vibrant local food scene. Bird Bird offers brunch items on weekends, while Teques Bites serves Venezuelan cuisine, including empanadas and arepas. These openings reflect the growing diversity of dining options in Logan Square and neighboring areas.
