Chicago, ILLocal News

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will visit Little Village on Friday to launch the EveryBun Pack, which features a mix of classic and plant-based hot dogs. The event is scheduled from 2-5 p. m. outside Pete’s Fresh Market, allowing fans to engage with the iconic vehicle and the “Hotdogger. ” Attendees will have the chance to collect giveaways such as the popular wienie whistle.

While the EveryBun Pack will not be available for purchase at the event, residents can order it online through Sunday as part of a limited trial in select cities. Anna James, Oscar Mayer's brand manager, noted the importance of offering options for varying dietary preferences. The Wienermobile, a symbol of American road culture since 1936, will also stop in major cities like New York, Boston, and Los Angeles. Chicago's designation as the most vegan-friendly city by PETA aligns well with the product's introduction. The promotion aims to meet the growing demand for plant-based food options in a city known for its hot dog culture.
