Atsumeru, a new tasting menu restaurant, will open in early September at the former Temporis site, offering a 10- to 12-course meal focused on seafood sourced from Scandinavia and Japan.

Reservations for Atsumeru will soon be available on OpenTable, and the restaurant will operate Wednesday-Saturday. The closure of Aya Pastry highlights the challenges faced by local businesses in the current climate. Meanwhile, Bocadillo Market’s strategic space-sharing reflects a trend among restaurateurs seeking sustainable operational models.
