Frillman aims to make dining affordable and fun, acknowledging rising costs in the area. The Radicle's offerings will include unique dishes like deviled eggs with trout roe and crispy lake perch. Frillman, who has received accolades for his work at Daisies, hopes to attract a diverse crowd looking for quality food and drinks. Daisies has become a staple in Logan Square, recognized with a Green Michelin star and awards from Eater Chicago and The New York Times.
