Joe Frillman, the acclaimed chef behind Daisies, is committed to revitalizing Logan Square's late-night culture with this new venture. The bar will offer $10 cocktails and a selection of low-proof drinks, while the food menu will introduce chilled seafood options and artisanal pizzas.

Frillman aims to make dining affordable and fun, acknowledging rising costs in the area. The Radicle's offerings will include unique dishes like deviled eggs with trout roe and crispy lake perch. Frillman, who has received accolades for his work at Daisies, hopes to attract a diverse crowd looking for quality food and drinks. Daisies has become a staple in Logan Square, recognized with a Green Michelin star and awards from Eater Chicago and The New York Times. The opening is scheduled for this fall, promising to enhance the local culinary landscape.
