Sip into Summer wine walk set to kickoff summer in downtown Chelan

The Lake Chelan Wine Alliance will host the “Sip into Summer” wine walk on June 20 from 4 to 7 p. m. in Historic Downtown Chelan, marking the beginning of the “Summer Starts Downtown” festival. This three-day celebration, running from June 20 to June 22, will feature merchant-hosted bingo games and prize drawings. For $40, attendees will receive eight wine tastings and a keepsake wine tote, with check-in at Coldwell Banker and a bottle shop at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce.

Participating wineries include 13 local establishments, showcasing the region's diverse offerings. In addition to the wine walk, the weekend promises community engagement through games and prizes, fostering local connections. The Lake Chelan Wine Alliance, a nonprofit organization with over 85 members, plays a crucial role in supporting the local wine industry through education and marketing efforts.
