Amber Alert Leads to Arrest by WSP
Washington State Patrol (WSP) apprehended Adan Osman Abdi, 29, and Trayviana Shoulders, 26, after pursuing a stolen vehicle linked to an AMBER Alert early Tuesday morning. WSP utilized a Pursuit Immobilization Technique to safely stop the vehicle and arrest the suspects. Inside, officers discovered two children, ages two and three, who were reported missing, and they were placed in protective custody. Abdi faces charges for felony eluding and taking a motor vehicle without permission, while Shoulders is charged with a court order violation.
The swift response by WSP and allied agencies ensured the children's safety and the suspects' apprehension.
