Chelan PUD has unveiled a new bill pay kiosk at Plaza Super Jet in Wenatchee, enabling customers to settle their utility bills conveniently while grocery shopping. The kiosk, located on the Orondo Avenue side, offers 24/7 access and supports multiple payment methods, including cash, credit, debit, and checks. Customers can easily check their bills, enter their account information, and take a receipt after completing the transaction. Bilingual instructions ensure accessibility for a wider audience. Jeanine Porter, Customer Relations Supervisor, noted that this service caters to customers who value the security of in-person payments.

In addition to the kiosk, payment drop boxes are available at the Leavenworth and Chelan PUD offices. Chelan PUD also offers various payment options, such as online bill pay and payments via phone. This initiative reflects Chelan PUD's commitment to enhancing customer service and convenience in utility bill payment.
