Chelan County Sheriff Arrests Two Burglary Suspects

Chelan County deputies arrested two suspects for residential burglary on October 28, 2025, at a vacant Air B&B property in Manson. The owner reported trespassers on the premises, which was not being rented and was up for sale. Security footage revealed the suspects' vehicle, enabling deputies to locate and stop it soon after. Upon entering the home, deputies found signs of a break-in, including evidence that people had been staying in the basement. The suspects, Jose Eduardo Ramos-Arellano, 20, and Aida Perez-Ramirez, 19, admitted to being inside the residence, prompting their arrests.
