Applications for a short subdivision and boundary line adjustment have been submitted for Riverwalk Homes at 300 W. Okanogan Ave, Chelan, WA. The development plans to build 13 detached single-family homes and a private recreation tract on approximately 1. 12 acres. Owned by Edmonds Property, LLC, the site is currently undeveloped with sparse grass, brush, and trees.

The Chelan City Council issued a determination of non-significance regarding environmental impacts, concluding that the project will not adversely affect the environment. This decision followed a thorough review of an environmental checklist and other supporting documents. The public comment period for the project remains open until October 17, 2025, allowing community feedback on the proposal. Comments and requests for decisions should be directed to the Chelan Department of Community Development. Required permits include a City of Chelan Fill & Grade Permit for subdivision improvements and a building permit.
