Celebrate 50 Years of Chelan Valley Emergency Medical Services
Lake Chelan Health will host a celebration for 50 years of emergency medical services on Sunday, July 27, at 4 p. m. at the hospital café. The event will include BBQ, recognition ceremonies for EMTs, and opportunities to share stories from the past and present. The local ambulance service began 50 years ago, uniting the Chelan and Manson communities to ensure emergency medical care.
Over the decades, it has proudly served the valley from Chelan to Stehekin. This milestone highlights the dedication of past and present EMTs in promoting community health and safety.
