Chelan Bay Marina officially opened on July 1, providing a full range of boating services at 101 Bass Lane on Lake Chelan. The marina will host a Grand Opening "Sip & Surf" event on July 19, featuring wake surfing and boat demos with high-end Nautique and Cobalt boats. Guests can reserve demo slots for an immersive experience in lake recreation. Manager Daniel Schweitzer highlighted the marina's dedication to supporting local boating lifestyles and creating a community hub. The facility will offer boat rentals, moorage, sales of new and pre-owned boats, and a pro shop stocked with watersports gear.

A permanent facility is slated for construction in 2026, signifying a long-term investment in the area. Seattle Boat Company, with over 40 years of industry experience, operates the marina with a local-first philosophy. Co-president Jeffrey Bohling expressed enthusiasm for enhancing the boating experience for residents and visitors alike.
