Tickets now on sale for the Saturday, June 14 Highline Garden Tour

Scheduled for June 14, the 2014 Highline Garden Tour highlights innovative garden designs in Burien, SeaTac, and Normandy Park, focusing on alternatives to traditional lawns. The self-guided tour invites attendees to appreciate styles such as raised beds and xeriscapes while enjoying performances by local artists and musicians. Plant sales and information on creating wildlife habitats will also enhance the experience. Tickets are available for $15 in advance, and members of the Highline Historical Society can purchase tickets for $8, while group rates reduce the price to $12 per person. On the day of the event, non-member tickets will cost $18.
