Burien, WALocal News

Highline Public Schools launched the #HighlineAlum campaign to highlight both successful and emerging alumni over the course of a year. Each month, the campaign will showcase a prominent alumnus alongside a rising star, utilizing social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. For October, the spotlight is on Brad Tilden, the CEO of Alaska Airlines and a proud Highline High School graduate. Tilden expressed admiration for the community's natural beauty and the commitment of its residents to enhance the educational environment. The campaign aims to motivate students to dream big and successfully graduate high school.

Community engagement is encouraged through the hashtag #HighlineAlum. The effort reflects a broader goal to inspire future generations to pursue their ambitions. Highline Public Schools seeks to foster a culture of success and achievement within its student body.
