Starting at the Burien Community Center Annex, Gina Kallman from the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services led the group through a route featuring twenty art pieces. Attendees learned about each artwork’s background, and the event highlighted the completion of a project creating a walking tour and printed map for Burien's public art. The maps will be accessible at various community venues, including City Hall and the public library. Participants enjoyed refreshments at Phoenix Tea, concluding their artistic stroll.
