Highline High School names alum Finn Fosberg as new head boys basketball coach

Highline High School appointed Finn Fosberg as the new head coach for the boys’ basketball team, marking a significant return for the 2017 alum. Fosberg excelled in multiple sports during his high school years, earning All-League honors in basketball, baseball, and tennis. He is enthusiastic about leading the Pirates after they ended their 2024–25 season with a 7-12 record, including a 4-7 district play record that placed them third in the KingCo 3A Lake District division. The school expressed its excitement for Fosberg's homecoming, emphasizing the fresh start this brings to the program. His father, Mike Fosberg, is a Highline alum and previously served as principal, adding a familial connection to the school.
