City of Burien honors outgoing city councilmember Gerald Robison

The City of Burien honored Councilmember Gerald Robison with a proclamation and a key to the City during a reception on December 21, ahead of the council meeting. Robison's term concludes on December 31, and he opted not to seek re-election. Elected to the City Council in November 2011, he was initially appointed to fill the unexpired term of a retiring member. His extensive community service includes roles in the White Center Kiwanis, North Highline Unincorporated Council, and White Center Jubilee Days. During the reception, council colleagues and community members expressed their appreciation for his commitment and leadership.

The proclamation called on residents to recognize Robison’s contributions to the city and community. Robison has lived in Burien for nearly four decades and operates the Law Office of Gerald F. Robison. His tenure on the City Council reflects a dedication to local governance and community engagement.
