Highline High Pirate wrestlers are currently 5-1 in the Seamount League, reflecting a strong season. On January 7, they defeated Foster 48-21, marking a significant victory with four pins against Foster's two. The Pirates also participated in the Highline Tournament on January 9, where they took third place overall. Kevin earned first place in his weight class, while Brian, Ozzy, and Ty claimed second in theirs. Isabel Herbruger, an 11-year-old contributor and aspiring journalist, documented these events through her photography, showcasing her talent and involvement in the community.

The team's impressive performance draws attention to the local wrestling scene and the importance of youth participation in sports. Isabel's work encourages other residents to engage and share their stories. The support for the Highline High wrestlers underscores the community's investment in school athletics.
