Police seeking suspect with 'HATRED' tattoo on face in Tukwila shooting

Authorities are actively pursuing Kevin M. Vaughn, 26, after he and another motorcyclist shot at police officers in Tukwila while they were serving a search warrant related to car theft. The incident unfolded around 6:30 a. m. in the 14900 block of 51st Ave South, just off I-5.

The suspects fired at least seven shots and escaped without causing any injuries to law enforcement. Vaughn, identified as a member of the Resurrection motorcycle gang, has a notable tattoo that reads "HATRED" above his forehead. Witnesses described the second motorcyclist as riding a silver Honda CBR while wearing a gray jacket and black helmet. Police have emphasized the urgency of locating Vaughn, urging the public to report any sightings by calling 911. The incident highlights ongoing concerns regarding gang-related violence in the region.

Local law enforcement remains on high alert as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
