Launched in March 2021, the Pop Shops Incubator Program was approved by the City Council and provides entrepreneurs with crucial resources, including microfinancing and business guidance. The marketplace features four unique businesses that offer a range of products, from artisan chocolates by Bon Chocolats to all-natural soaps from Citrus Tree. Additionally, businesses like MTPO Designs and Seattle and Saigon contribute to the diverse offerings, including charcuterie boards and sustainably crafted chili oil.

Deputy Mayor Jeanne Zornes has highlighted the importance of supporting local entrepreneurs and maintaining an inclusive atmosphere in Bothell.
