Project pushes green housing

Clearwater Commons in Bothell is an innovative housing project that pushes the boundaries of sustainable living. It incorporates rainwater recycling, solar panels, and green roofs to minimize environmental impact. Additionally, the project includes efforts to restore salmon habitats in a nearby creek, with local children from Clearwater School actively participating. Developer Tom Campbell stresses that this is a long-term commitment to eco-friendly living rather than a speculative venture. Expected to take around two years to complete, the homes will occupy less than a third of the 7.

5-acre site, with an average price of approximately $500,000, making it an attractive option for sustainability-minded buyers.
