Gerald Vick, 31, was arrested in Georgia after a six-month investigation by the Boston Police Fugitive Unit. He is wanted in connection with a shooting that injured eight individuals during a Caribbean festival in Boston in August 2023. The shooting occurred shortly before 8 a. m. on the outskirts of the J’ouvert Parade in Dorchester.

Vick faces 14 charges, including eight counts of assault and battery with a firearm and unlawful possession of a machine gun.
