The daughters were found dead near Decker's truck at a campground on June 2 after their mother reported them missing when he failed to return them from a scheduled visitation. Decker, a military veteran, is believed to have mental health issues.

He is described as a white male, 5′ 8″ tall, weighing 190 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Morrison will provide additional information at a news conference scheduled for Wednesday evening at 6 p. m. The community's involvement highlights the urgency and emotional impact of this tragic case.
