Rock the Nest Fest returns with 80s cover band Nite Wave

Rock the Nest Fest, organized by Ferndale Public Schools, returns on May 17 from 3:00 – 9:30 p. m. at Ferndale High School. The event features food trucks, street vendors, and family activities until 7:00 p. m.

, followed by a live performance from Seattle band Nite Wave, known for their 80’s new wave covers. Adult tickets are priced at $24, while youth tickets cost $10, and children under 10 can attend for free. Proceeds will support the Ferndale Public Schools Foundation, which removes financial barriers in education for local students. This festival reflects the community's commitment to enhancing educational opportunities. Ferndale High School serves as a central hub for the event, fostering local engagement and support.
